I find Clinton Kelly to be one of the most inspiring people in the world of fashion, not only because he does what I want to do but also his whole attitude towards clothes and life amazes me! I follow his twitter, I own both his books and I watch him on What Not To Wear(WNTW) every spare moment!

I have posted links to His Website and the WNTW site, if you would like full biographies, but I will give my own version below.

Personal History:
Born in Panama in 1969, but raised on Long Island, New York.
Attended Boston College and Northwestern University for Journalism
Signature look : Suit with Pocket Square!

Career History:

Editor – Marie Claire, Mademoiselle, DNR
Host – What Not To Wear (Co-Host with Stacy London), Several other Specials on TLC
Spokesperson – Macy’s
Author – Freakin’ Fabulous: How to D, S, B, E, D, E, D, and Generally Be Better than Everyone Else
Dress Your Best (Co-Author with Stacy London)

My Thoughts:
I like to say I want to be like Clinton, but really I admire what he has achieved and I someday would too like to achieve the same to some sort, but in different ways.  He started out as a writer, I, myself do not consider myself an amazing writer, so even though my goal may be close to what he has become, my stops along the way will be completely different.  Obviously, he has done something right, so I love reading articles about him, or even more by him.  It lets me into his mind a little bit.  Also every time I watch WNTW I say “Love Clinton’s outfit” or crack up laughing from a joke he told to Stacy.
I’ve never met Clinton Kelly, and its not like I’d fly halfway around the world to.  But I hope someday to meet him.  But maybe I’ll wait until I become a famous stylist/Fashion Consultant, and then he’ll want to meet with me!

Below I put a picture of him posing for pictures from his old website, I thought this one was funny and I enjoy the cowboy look quite a lot!
